Various types of levels in the Construction
Kinds of levels are usually depicted in AutoCAD drawings and they are utilised to make simplicity in understanding. The Different Kinds of levels from the construction are:-
The amount where Substructure ends and superstructure begins is named Plinth level. It's the part of the superstructure between normal ground level and prefinished flooring level.
The plinth beam is provided to limit the seepage of both stormwater and rainwater to the building.The plinth height is in between 300mm -- 450 mm from floor level.It is encouraged that the minimal plinth height of 150 millimeter is adopted from the top of the road.
The role of applying DPC is to limit the movement of moisture through walls and floors.In Simple when you climb 3-4 measures to attain the building ground level is named Plinth height.
Sill level or Window Sill degree
The level between the bottom portion of the window and part of the ground above floor level (upward ) is named Sill level. Mortar mattress or concrete bed is laid at the base of the window.
The elevation of sill level depends on the type of space for bathroom & bedroom the elevation may kept around minimum 1100mm as a result of solitude concrens and in the living area the window sill amount is kept at minimum 600-650mm from the floor level.It's Suggested that the minimal sill level height of 44 inches.
Lintel Level
The amount between the top section of the window and upper slab is named Lintel level. The potion over the Door lintel or Window lintel is called Lintel level. Lintel is provided above the door and window to move the upward wall load into the surrounding wall. Lintel is generally made up of Reinforced concrete or cement mortar.
